I was having a tough time with my water heater. It just wasn’t heating like it should. Did a quick search and found SantaSage Appliance Repair. They had some solid reviews, so I thought, why not? Gave them a call, and boy, am I glad I did. They sent out a tech who really knew his stuff.
He arrived on time, which was already a big win, and got right to diagnosing the problem. Turns out, it was a bit of a complicated issue with the heating element. Still, he walked me through it like we were just chatting over coffee. Real easy-going guy.
Throughout the process, he was super professional and clearly experienced. Plus, he didn’t mind me hovering and asking questions. I probably would’ve been lost without his help. In the end, he got the water heater back to working like a charm. Like, now I’ve got hot water whenever, which is awesome.
